A mini tornado in Puebla and possible related video

I saw these on yesterday news:
A mini tornado in the municipality of Puebla (Mexico) _http://www.excelsior.com.mx/nacional/2013/05/31/901871: “Authorities denominated it as an “atypical gale”.

What I found most interesting was another video (at the end of the embedded video, was another one, apparently, related to the same topic, appearing in the right side). And directly in youtube being this one: _http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZgKL7MnLI4&feature=player_embedded … a tubular shape cloud horizontal formation? … it seems to be in the municipality of Puebla at the same day, but in a different place. … arround 0:44 a black disc its seen moving from left to right, but I think one of the witnesses threw it, it seems weird and not part of what is really being video taped (and they make fun of a possible meteorite and ovnis), there is another video from the same author of the same event: _http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&NR=1&v=QRzjlRBxL5A, by the color of the clouds, I think this video was first.

Is it normal to have tornadoes in Puebla? I have never heard of it, and I know people who grew up there. But they never said there weren't.

I grew up in Mexico and I never heard of tornadoes anywhere. If anyone referred to a 'tornado', they really meant a whirlwind - not something like what you see in the video. Which by the way I find quite strange as the tornado is way up there in the clouds. Is that normal?

I had never heard -until recently- the word "tornado"too in this country, I saw images from the TV news (televisa) that does not appear in the video, mufas (electric measurment installed outside homes/comercial business)went away, as galvanized sheets, it even pull out a shutter from a comercial business!!, as well as other stuff.

I found quite strange that tubular horizontal formed cloud too, I do not think is normal, changing in climate is happening every where, and so here, sometimes it is more subtle, although, not in the south, having flood problems (recently Barbara's huracane hit) and at the north with drought problems. Here -DF, in the central area, -Puebla is also in the central area, its been like 4 nice days, with pristine sun, blue sky and few clouds in the day, with threatening sotrmy clouds by the evening, but the air feels cold, and its windy.
