The culprit was this "person1". Now: can I erased this person1 without causing a problem?

Thank you for everything. this was really a trial for me. With this little experience I learned many things, technical and personal. I am thankful for your help.

I think this "person1" is me also. I really don't know because I am completely lost me too in front of a computer, as in front of Mathematics. to answer your question about my antivirus it is working and I received a lot of emails from anywhere, publicity and all, but I never answer if I don't know the sender. No, I think so this problem I had was this Person1 but I really don't know how come it took preference to my other chrome, under my name.

Yes you can delete "person1". A "person" just saves your bookmarks and extensions on the computer you are using, for example like adblocker and would delete just that information from your computer.

For example if your husband would be also using your computer, he could also log in into your chrome browser and get all his bookmarks and extensions for example. Once you switch to your own account your bookmarks and extension come up again. Google is synchronizing everything you do in Chrome, unless you deactivate it and you have the chance using your settings and bookmarks at any other computer where google chrome is installed. Of course you need an internet connection for this also.

I hope it is a it more understandable. And knowing how to make a screenshot is good tool as you have seen :), because with that if "computer failures" happen or error messages appear they can be photographed and shared with people and to find a solution.

There is no actual real person, it probably just didn't have her normal user logged in so Chrome most likely created that account for her.
