I thought I would share this for anyone interested in the ketogenic diet that hasn't "taken the plunge", or just for general interest's sake.
I shared an article from SOTT on FB yesterday about the relationship between the keto-diet and disease. A girl I went to high school with left this as a comment:
" My daughter was on the keto diet age 3-5 after 10 failed medications for her refractory epilepsy.. This was the last resort... She was followed by the Montreal Children's hospital.. After 8 weeks being on the diet she became seizure free. This diet saved her life! She contined on the diet for 2 years."
