About the meditation with seed

I have been reading some of topics related to meditation and at saw Laura's explanation about the meditation with seed or seedless. I was wondering that is it possible/helpful to keep focus(as a seed) on creating/playing in the mind a piece of classical music for example(I kinda have sometimes a full orchestra in my mind that I can lead)? What is the meaning of the seed exactly, in the process of meditation?

Sorry if the question was asked before and I didn't pay enough attention to search about it.
Thank you,
Ed

"The seed" in a meditation it's the composition of patterns which while focusing on, listening and reiterating them, they enroll specific 'catalysts' in the subconscious in order to initiate the processes desirable for individual's well being and development at the practical level.

An example is the Prayer of the Soul, which is the part of the Éiriú Eolas program and can be found on the http://eiriu-eolas.org/

Hi edgitarra,

mainly because our mind seems to be impossible to quieting down it is a chance with the mediation of the seed to do something useful with the mind and rephrase wise and useful phrases in this sense the prayer of the sould. The meditation without the seed seems like an endless endeavor to reach and you could even start to think: "I empty my mind, my mind is empty" which in the end seems useless. Many mediations are using a non seed technique, as far as I know. And Laura explained it at times that meditating with the seed is strengthening your "brain muscles" in a sense.

As I see it, when you "plant" the seed, it needs to be a dialogue between your conscious self and your subconscious, and even 'higher self'. First you remove tension, stress, emotional baggage (constipation), unacknowledged traumas etc with the first parts of the program. In the final part, in the POTS meditation, you "fill" the mind - which, with the now removed barriers is now capable of receiving - with a series of affirmations. These affirmations can be seen as seeds that you "water" with every repetition.

I think that if you focus on creating/playing music during meditation, it can help with your music making :), but you would miss the more universal and important possibilities of advancing with meditation with a seed. A musical piece can have a deep meaning, sure, but I think that the affirmations that you use have to be clearer 'instructions'. Having said that, the lines used in the POTS can have different meanings to you on different occasions, depending on your life situation. I see them as "universal instructions" that you interpret with your soul.
