Access to "categories of membership : meaning of "user" ? "

Hi, apparently new forum users like me can't access the "categories of membership : meaning of "user" ? " thread (http://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php?topic=2343.msg14331#msg14331), one of the "Important threads" for this board. Are new users supposed to see it or not? What do we need to do to be able to access it? I'm sure that very thread explains what I'm asking...

Hi Cesar,

You can not see it for the moment since it is in a private section of the forum and you need at least 50 posts to be able to see it.

However, thank you for pointing out that this thread is mentionned in the "Important threads".

No problem, Gandalf. I did find it curious that it was the only "important thread" of the entire forum that I had no access to! I guess I'll have to wait a while to be able to see what that thread is about. ;D
