I only got a couple of minutes before I have to take off but I had a kinda funny idea earlier about additional titles. You could take several imperial/sith titles to apply to the people that you have banned based on what jedi rank they were when they were banned. Likewise there are different jedi classes described in the EU (extended universe) that you might offer to the ordinary users when they reach a certain rank -> say when they get to what you have as jedi master now, give them instead the option to choose jedi gaurdian/sentinal/consular from their profile page, likewise when they get to what you have now as jedi general, give them instead jedi weapon-master (lovely for the computer geeks)/Watchman/Master. Likewise there are sith equivalents of all that. But, it would be kinda funny instead of seeing "banned" to see something like "droid" if the were at the point of "the force is strong with this one", "clone" if they were at the point of padawan, sith apprentice if they were a jedi, sith if they were a jedi knight, sith lord if they were a jedi master and so on. Likewise for those that you specifically and certainly know to be agents you can give them jango fett or bobo fett ... obviously all this needs to be a bit fleshed out, but it might be something fun to incorporate into the forum ...
