Advice on networking

I was wondering if any of you out there have tips on networking.
Me and a friend read and discuss the information presented by Laura and Co and to a lesser extent other material connected to it.
My two concerns are that 1) We are not "going in depth" enough, for lack of a better phrase and 2) it is only really me and him (we have mentioned the material to a few of our other friends who expressed interest but I am not sure if we are aware of how to properly introduce individuals to this work) could this really be considered a network? I seem to have the idea that a network needs to contain more than 2 people.

Hi Timey,

What's preventing you and your friend from bringing your discussions to the forum? It sounds like you're starting to see how the two of you getting entangled in your own subjective interpretations isn't going to go very far. At least on the forum, you might get some feedback from those who have 'been around the block', so to say.

Hi Timey!

There is a thread about "meeting up" (below) you may want to look at, not sure if that's what you mean by "networking." Actually the Network is right here!! It is actively discouraged for members to get together in small groups to discuss the Work, and going around "introducing" (pushing) invididuals to material that they have not asked for, is sorta violating their free will. Nothing wrong with sharing some links and pointing the way tho, perhaps that's what you mean here.

As for "going in depth," well, that is probably better done here, so you will have feedback, and not end up "the blind leadidng the blind." :)

What is important imo too, that are also people involved in a network who are not too close to a person (or your situation) who starts to network, that means that they have the chance to get a clearer picture of a situation, cause they are less identified.

And what you mentioned, I wouldn't call it a network as Mrs. Peel and RyanX already mentioned, because at one time you get stucked in thought-oops and are still separated from the network itself, cause you discuss things in a face-to-face situation.

Thanks for the advice Mrs.Peel. I have plenty of experience with violating free will, when I first began truth seeking I thought it was my duty to "wake" people up. It had disastrous results and I regret it very much but, I suppose, one can only learn through their mistakes.
The people I introduced to the Work had expressed interest in the topic but I think I may have "pushed" them a bit too much.
