Another 2 small earthquakes were felt yesterday in my region. I was walking my dog in the forest at the time and heard the sound wave but didn't felt the ground shacking. I first thought that in was a jet flying over head but the sound went as fast as it came and 10 min. later the same thing. Both were magnitude 3.3 and were felt in Mt-Tremblant where my wife work, the staff left the building when they felt the second one.

Those are the number 6 and 7 earthquake of magnitude 3 or more this year in the region. There were 2 in 2009, 1 in 2008, 3 in 2007, 2 in 2006 and 5 in 2005. This is above average for sure and 2010 isn't finish yet.
