That is a pretty funny (almost) coincidence. I'd imagine that a portion of that number could be actual psychopaths but not the whole thing. There's plenty of people in that country that approve of what they're doing and know that Killary will further that agenda so who knows? Maybe a 30% normal 12% psychopath split?
