this one evolved over time.
during my travels in the east i took the photo for the background of this image.
the rest of the work was done utilizing 3d software and compositing in photoshop.

comments and reflections on this piece are, as always, welcomed.

We're conditioned to think scenes like this are "fantasy" when in all likelihood it could have a counterpart in "reality".
I admire how the man stays serene and unmoving in the face of such an apparition.
If this were a visitation from the Creature With Many Eyes, then I would assume STS forces are at work (because STO adheres to non-interference).

i agree with your first statement. it could have many literal manifestations.

about the STS / STO comment; It's an interesting reflection on this piece.
i feel that as long as the "visitor" is just looking, seeing.. it could have STO intentions / tendencies because although STO adheres to "non-interference" it does not stay blind to any environment it finds itself in.

but then again, anything could be seen as STS OR STO by anyone, and of course i don't mean whole entities, but micro-interactions.
