Anyone Want to Help with an Energy Policy Creation?

A map depicting world energy consumption per capita based on 2003 data from the International Energy Agency.

This gives an idea of the current situation in which countries require more energy input. If others want to reach such levels of "development", any principle of fairness is not possible in this vampiric world.

A man in India, Paramahamsa Tewari has done some remarkable work in the energy sector.

Bengaluru innovator creates super high-efficiency machine that produces power from vacuum

BENGALURU: After toiling on it for nearly half his life, 80-year-old Paramahamsa Tewari finally received validation for his space generator - a super high-efficiency machine that produces power from vacuum.

A prototype of the machine tested by Kirloskar ElectricBSE -3.18 % exhibited 165% efficiency, said Murlidhar Rao, former director of Karnataka Power Corporation (KPCL), assisting Tewari.Through an agreement signed earlier, the Kirloskar group company can now enter into a contract with Tewari to commercialise the machine.

The breakthrough for Tewari, a former director of the Kaiga Atomic Power Station, came last year when his machine achieved an efficiency of 238%, which means it produced 2.38 times the electrical power provided to it initially, making it the first to achieve this. This essentially defies the Law of Conservation of Energy - and in the case of electrical generators, Lenz's Law, which forms the basis of mechanics and thermodynamics laws that suggests machines cannot attain over a 100% efficiency. ..

A century from now, it will be well known that: the vacuum of space which fills the universe is itself the real substratum of the universe; vacuum in a circulating state becomes matter; the electron is the fundamental particle of matter and is a vortex of vacuum with a vacuum-less void at the center and it is dynamically stable; the speed of light relative to vacuum is the maximum speed that nature has provided and is an inherent property of the vacuum; vacuum is a subtle fluid unknown in material media; vacuum is mass-less, continuous, non viscous, and incompressible and is responsible for all the properties of matter; and that vacuum has always existed and will exist forever.

Then scientists, engineers and philosophers will bend their heads in shame knowing that modern science ignored the vacuum in our chase to discover reality for more than a century.

India Won’t Suppress Tewari’s Free Energy Generator
http://myeclinik.com/india-wont-suppress-tewaris-free-energy-generator/

India considers its own free energy program a matter of national pride, and is very much willing to risk antagonizing Petrodollar countries with its support on Reactionless AC Synchronous Generator (RLG) invented by its own Paramahamsa Tewari, an electrical engineer and former Executive Director of Nuclear Power Corporation of India.

Years ago, Tewari has also proven the theories inside Bruce de Palma’s homopolar engine which first exposed this writer to the world of free energy technologies.

Obviously, a country cannot implement its own free energy program without considering all possible consequence including a military response from Petrodollar countries, e.g. Saudi Arabia, UK, US. That’s why India has been aligning its own military program with that of Russia which at present is standing up, together with the BRICS countries, against the Nazionist cabal imposing all sorts of sanctions to destroy it.

The BRICS alliance has in the past promised to release all suppressed technologies, e.g. free energy, for our responsible utilization. It looks like they are keeping their word.

The Best Way to Eliminate Carbon Emissions
1.Eliminate Carbon Fuels.
2.The USA has spent trillions of dollars on fossil fuels. Renewable Energy Systems have no fuel costs. A Utility that has no fuels costs can provide cheaper electricity and do it without releasing CO2
3.Nothing Lasts Forever. Coal production has already peaked in terms of BTUs per pound. Peak Volumetric production is not far off, probably by 2025.
4.If we do not use the energy we have now to build an energy system that does not rely on non-renewable energy, we will live in a preindustrial world when fossil fuels run out.
5.We have a 50 year window to build a new energy system based on the worldwide fossil fuel depletion rate. We need to start now while protecting the health and safety of the coal miners, who will provide the energy we need to get the job done.

Eliminating carbon emissions is an imperative, not requiring a best way; rather it is the only way.

Just to add my two cents...

If money equals energy in some respects, then in every budget those tax dollars represent a proportion of the hard earned exerted efforts (energy) of the tax payer, it goes to reason that policy should not waste the peoples energy.

Just looking at the American military spend, its something around 300 billion dollars. (not sure about this figure, I guess its not too far off)

Anyway that’s just a disgusting waste of energy on some destructive pursuit... those hundreds of billions could be invested in creative self-sustainable projects of real value, where there’s an actual return for future generations, short and long term benefits.

Reducing this military spend considerably, would save a good few bucks and lives every year.... though military training in the context of the health and well being, via physical exercise, education, routine, responsibility, and the social aspect, has its merits. just too much spent on planes, ships, bombs, guns, drones etc. less is more...

Anyway just an idea, where money could be diverted to more creative economic activities that have a return in energy...

One would probably have to increases ones own personal security budget to implement it, though that wouldn’t break America.

Another thing I forgot to mention is the urbanisation that needs to be reversed. Big cities are unhealthy living environments and require a lot of energy to import and distribute goods.

Very true. If, for your assignment, you're allowed to create an ideal national energy policy for an ideal nation, then Mike Adams from Natural News advocates eradicating the idea of huge cities entirely:

I've just posted a 12 minute audio talk that asks the question: Are you living a sustainability LIE?

You might be surprised to find out just how non-sustainable your present lifestyle really is. And at the same time, you may discover just how many things you can do to reduce your consumption footprint and help save the future of our world for our children.

In this audio talk, I explain why cities are artificial constructs that import food, water and energy, all at very high energy cost. People who live in cities tend to eat food brought in from far away, adding "diesel miles" to every bite and violating the fundamental tenants of green living.

As I point out in this important talk, if you're not eating seasonally, you're not living sustainably. But modern Americans have lost touch with the cycles of nature, and it's not unusual to see people at the grocery store buying tomatoes in December, even though the idea of eating tomatoes in the winter is ecologically insane.

This fits with previous suggestions, of birth control and population limits, eating locally, and living off the grid while maintaining a balance with the ecosystem.

As for transportation, Dmitry Orlov states his opinion in his most recent article:

8. The automotive industry. Objective: keep people convinced that the private automobile is the hallmark of personal freedom while denigrating public transportation, in spite of the fact that if you factor in all of the costs and the externalities of private cars and translate them into the working hours it takes to pay for them, driving a car turns out to be slower than walking.

An excellent topic.
I would like to see every forward thinking Government cancel all patents on energy saving devices, and put them into the public domain.
This would immediately make cheap power available to everybody, and at the same time reduce carbon footprints everywhere.
Green technology exists, but is suppressed by the [oil companies and others] buying up patents, and sitting on them, while their oil remains the only source of energy released to the public.

Perhaps not cancel the patents, but put them in the control of the actual inventors. If you invent something while working at a company the patent usually goes to the company. Engineers themselves tend to have good ideas about what the stuff should be used for.
