I know that there is a thread in the SOTT section about the Navy Yard shooting last week:

There is something, however, that makes me feel worried.
This was in the news today:

Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis driven by delusions

The government contractor who killed 12 people at the Washington Navy Yard last week was driven by delusions that he was being controlled by low-frequency radio waves and scratched the words “End the torment!” on the barrel of the shotgun he used, the FBI said Wednesday, offering new, chilling details of the attack.

The clues about Alexis’s mental state and motivations come from inscriptions found on his Remington 870 shotgun and documents found on his electronic devices.

In one document, he wrote: “An ultra low frequency attack is what I’ve been subject to for the last three months, and to be perfectly honest, that is what has driven me to this.”

Another scratched message, “My ELF weapon!,” and other evidence gathered from Alexis’s electronics indicate that the former Navy reservist thought he was being controlled by extremely low-frequency electromagnetic waves, according to the FBI. The Navy has legitimately used such technology, the FBI said, but these radio waves also have been at the center of conspiracies about government mind control.

Looks like a new target is established - not that it hadn't been there before - but more so also over the media, the idea that people interested in Haarp, ELF and mind-control are not only raving lunatics, but raving murderers as well.

Fear is "their" best weapon. Once we are afraid, we self-censor. That's exactly what they want. Nobody pointing out what is really going on.

That said, it has been going on for a long time, making people who question the official line are made to look like goofballs, lunatics, terrorists and so on. If we all succumb to this weapon of fear, we are defeated. Those brave souls who continue to write and talk about the truth are doing so a lot of times under more personal attack than any of us will ever know.

It is up to you, though, on what you decide to do.

I agree knowledge about the modus operandi of the PTB is important and diet may also be a good protection, at least to get freed from distraction that can be caused by food (gluten etc.).

Gluten is not so much the problem - been off it for almost three years now - but carbs. I still haven't made the shift from Paleo to Keto and still have, I guess, quite a high carb intake. It might be a topic for another thread: "Why can't I keep up the diet even though I know it's not good for me to eat cheesecake and I feel sick after doing it anyway."
