An interesting article, they actually link to a cass/sott "Mask of Sanity" excerpt and to Robert Hare sites. The article is slow to come up for me, you may have to give it a few extra seconds.

Article reads right, still… It left faintly discernible sentiment of defectiveness; that human beings capable of compassion are of somewhat defective nature, inferior. The spooky ingredient of Putnam’s article for me is anticipation that while reading his next article in line, if any, written in the same slender bent as this one, I would be secretly envious of indigo blood scoring in psychopaths’ veins. That’s not an attempt of analysis, just my impression and ‘feeling the texture’ of article. My sensations could be 100% off.
