First about Aselsan:

http://www.aselsan.com.tr/icerik.asp?kategori_id=11

ASELSAN was founded by the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation at the end of 1975 to produce tactical military radios and defense electronic systems for the Turkish Armed Forces. In early 1979 following an investment and infrastructure establishment period, ASELSAN started its production, at Macunköy-Ankara facilities. Since its foundation, ASELSAN has expanded its products and customer spectrum, depending on qualified personnel, high technology, and knowledge. ASELSAN is the leading multi-product electronics company of Turkey that designs, develops and manufactures modern electronic systems for military and professional use. The company’ s headquarters is located at Macunköy facilities in Ankara, Turkey. According to the field of activities ASELSAN has been organized in three main divisions: Communications Division (HC) and Microwave & System Technologies Division (MST) are located at Macunköy-Ankara. Microelectronics, Guidance & Electro-Optics Division (MGEO) is located at Akyurt-Ankara. The Communications Division and Microwave & System Technologies Division have high-technology and automated infrastructure in engineering and production at Macunköy facilities. Electronic production includes surface mount technology, multilayer and flexible printed circuit boards, mechanical and mould productions, system integration and test fields. While Communications Division's main product spectrum covers military and professional communications systems, Microwave and System Technologies Division's main operations are focused on radar, electronic warfare and command-control systems, making these divisions evolving technology centers in their fields. Equipped with high technology engineering, automatic production and test equipment, Microelectronics, Guidance and Electro-Optics Division manufactures hybrid microelectronic circuits, night vision equipment, thermal cameras, laser ranger/designators and inertial navigation systems at Akyurt facilities. In all divisions, methodologies complying with military standards and ISO-9001 are successfully applied using computer aided design (CAD), computer aided engineering (CAE), and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) technologies.

Now about the suicides:

August 7, 2006 Mechanical engineer is found dead in a car
January, 16 2007 electric engineer found shot in his car
January 26, 2007 another electic engineer allegedly commits suicide, throws himself from 7th floor balcony, leaving a note

Aselsan does not make any statements on this issue. All the suicides are in the last 6 months and these engineers are young between 26 and 31 years of age.

Somebody trying to do something but why ? Some thoughts:

1. All 3 were forced to betray the company but did not so they were eliminated.
2. Or they were betraying and were found out
3. Or they learned about some facts about Aselsan which should not be leaked out and were hushed.

Another info. Aselsan is working on avionics which is to be integrated in F -16 jets that Turkiye is producing:

Keeping the above in mind...

1st unlikely. Why these three out of so many other employees? If they did not betray, there are so many others as betrayal cantidates. and betray to who?
2nd, if they betrayed we'll all know it, it'd be in the news.
3rd, most probable scenario. Perhaps what's going on in Aselsan is making people with conscience experience guilt pains and protest a bit, so these three were killed as an attempt to tell the others: "see what will happen if you talk? We have the power!"

Some thoughts....

To me that looks very fishy. Did they work at the same department, at the same project?
Assumption out of air: connect to Grrenbaum staff, mind control; that was an 'experiment' whether some sort of programming is complete, how it's effective. Goal: let an engineer to do dirty job and then drop him dead. disguised as a suicide.

If they were working on the same classified project, it can be a "routine" procedure of leaving no witnesses. It is quite dangerous to be a prominent specialist in any field those days.

Here is a potential synchronicity. In the Renault company (French car manufacturer), threee suicides were recently reported :

indybay.org said:
On February 20, the Versailles public prosecutor’s office opened an investigation “to check on the working conditions" of a Renault employee who, aged only 38, killed himself at his home four days earlier, leaving a suicide note referring to the pressures on the job. The death came almost a year to the day after Carlos Ghosn, Renault’s new boss, launched the “Renault Contract 2009" revival plan.

It was the third suicide in four months of an employee working at the Technocentre Renault research centre at Guyancourt in the Yvelines department near Paris. It occurred barely three weeks after a silent march by workers at the company in honour of the two employees who had previously taken their own lives (in October and January, respectively).

Since the announcement of the third death, spouses of workers at the Technocentre have contacted the unions fearing that their husbands might do the same. The CGT (General Confederation of Labour) union representative Vincent Neveu reports: “Their husbands have similar characteristics to those of our colleagues who committed suicide: coming home from work after 10 p.m., the feeling of being overwhelmed by their work load. One of the wives ended up bursting into tears. She had not dared tell her husband that she was contacting a union."

The worries of the wives are well founded, as Pascal Bahnweg of the CFDT (French Democratic Confederation of Labour) union confirmed on LCI.fr: “For two years the pressure on staff has been much greater. The reorganisation distressed some of the workers, whose condition is often difficult to detect."

In Renault, the reason for the 3 suicides seems to be a highly ponerized management. We can notice that Renault CEO, Carlos Ghosn became famous in Renault management as the "cost killer", that obviously didn't only lead to the death of costs.

Well, there is an e-mail going round about these deaths, these engineers were graduates of Middle Eastern Technical University in Ankara, the capital of Turkiye. I am watching all the channels to see if there is any mention of it but none. Also no major newspapers etc. mention this. It is a great hush hush. The company Aselsan is owned by the Turkish army through a foundation (at least a great majority of it).
I don't know if they worked on the same project or not, it is really very hard to get information on this subject. Though I will try from time to time.

The first one above is from CNNTurk a tv channel. It is in Turkish, in short it says that a member of the parliament form the Republican People's Party has asked for an investigation into these suspicious deaths.
The second one is from the newspaper Milliyet. It also tells the same in more detail.

Answer to Irini :

Yous ay that the first is unlikely as there are other candidates for betrayal. Well what if the ones who asked for their betrayal did not want anything to be leaked out, leave no witnesses etc. They might have talked or reported about this incident.

As for the second, I would say not necessarily.
