Yes that system is so ridiculous, I have tried to be dependent on them,
it is absolutely humiliating and....yes ridiculous is the best way to describe them.

Someone described them in a blog and got so famous that it's been turned into a book and a theater play.

That seems like a good way of bringing up the problems with our modern governmental bureaucracy, hopefully this will spread northwards soon!
