Michael Bryant, Former Liberal party MPP, Ontario Attorney General, Psychopath, hits a Toronto cyclist with his car, then runs him down and carries him 100 m on the hood of his car, into oncoming traffic, wedging the the guy between his car and a postbox yanking the cyclist from the hood of the car and finally runs him over and kills him. The Canadian Media is already twisting the story to blame the victim who "grew up in a poor aboriginal family with a history of alcohol abuse" Bryant who was on his way home from dinner with his wife, Was not tested for alcohol, apparently because he is who he is, and now claims complete innocence and will probably blame the victim. Bryant appears to be a slightly defective Psychopath...

Critics claim Bryant – who yesterday quit his chief executive job at Invest Toronto and said he's "innocent of the very serious accusations" – got the VIP treatment.

"Everyone else would have appeared unshaven and dishevelled in bail court, everyone – unless you're a cop, or you're an important politician," said veteran defence lawyer Edward Sapiano yesterday.

But Bryant was not sent to bail court; he was released on his own recognizance and allowed to go home directly from the police traffic services division in Liberty Village. The 43-year-old is charged with criminal negligence causing death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
