Recently I watched this 6 part cpb series. After watching this I started understanding why C's said Nazi experiment is a trail run for the current events. this series is not about propaganda techniques Nazi's used and it is about the history of the events at Aushwitz and how they developed it into most deadliest place in human history with out any idea of what they are doing in advance or no big technology or no huge soldier force.
The entire killing mechanism is simple and they created this on the fly ( some rooms and some deadly pesticide, burning furnace ). What is shocking is they killed 1 million in 4.5 yrs - 1,000 to 10000 people a day with this. If we imagine the current day mechanized space, genetic technology and the same pathologicals in power, rumors of one or more concentration camps in every state, Katrina incidents the prospect is mass slaughter becomes clear.

But the most striking part of it There is not much resistance from the million people who died there. They have no clue of where they are going and what is getting done. If they have known in advance, things may be different ( not sure). Many cases, people were brought there lined up , sent to gas chambers with in 2 to 3 hrs, burned their bodies.

As we have seen in the other BBC documentary "Warnings from the History" , people complaining about on one another is used to arrest the people with one tenth of police force. Modern day version of "See some thing , say some thing", is enough to select people up and pack it up to local military camp. This shocking prospect shows how fast a life's of millions can end in this DNA age.
In this context . what C's said is interesting "they won't get the reaction they expect"

Though people are authoritarian followers, earth changes or fire in sky may wake them up not to blindly follow to their death. Probably the left over will unite and fight back.

We have seen over and over, how hope comes out. Once we thought people can't come out of media hyponsis of 911 and war on terror, people can't change their diet etc. Now many people reject MSM and many people are going paleo. Many are passive, on the wall or atleast heard the story of the alternative media side. Probably some stones on the head will wake them up.

Video is also there on you tube .http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Gx9zYmuVdM

This question that why people did not rebel in the camps is a question that I always asked myself. But maybe they were so undernourished that they did not have the force to fight. Some arrived by train, after days without food, treated like animals, under a big mental shock. The majority, I am sure, were good people that were not aware what was happening. Fear, ignorance, innocence, naivete... I don't know. Although some were fighting, there was a resistance, sub-terranean but resistance...but this is something that is never told about the concentration camps. Some fight, organised themselves, risking their lives. But when we see documentaries about those camps we never know the heroes that fight. We just see people fragile and very very tired...

Personally the people I know are not aware of what is happening. The worst of that is that they don`t care. They don't care about the past, they don't care about the present and they don't care about the future. And I am talking about people with diplomas, in particular. Really, really...

There is a big lesson when we see the Nazi camps.

There's an excellent book that analyzes these issues: Hannah Arendt's "The Origins of Totalitarianism." It's kind of dry, but a priceless work.
