3 days before something bitten me in elbow. It was different from Miskito, but I found same mark as from Miskito byte. 2 days it didn't go away, it was not ichy, but I could fill it. Yesterday evening it start to ache.
In the night I woke up because of pain. Today morning it start to grow and become big and hot. After I went to doctor she said it is probably bacterial infection. So she was given me cream and cold bandaid ( I used sometimes for back pain) then she said I have to take medicine.

Farom 200mg
Blesin 25mg
Empynase P tab. 18000

Is it not to much of it? I have not much experience with taking medicine. That's probably antibiotics.
I couldn't ask about because they and my Mother in law did not understand English.
I was also searching in Wikipedia but couldn't find anything. If you have any information please let me know.

After I came back home I found out that:

Farom 200mg is based on Faropenem is antibiotic for bacterial infection

Blesin 25mg is based on Diclofenac Sodium which is a medicine which is used in a number of conditions - an example is neuropathic pain.

Empynase P tab. 18000 on thys coldn't find much only this:

I think, if I don't have so much pain, I don't need to take the pain killer (Blesin 25)
I take the Farom for the Infection. What about the Empynase it was used in the Study for chronic sinusitis.

Okay Empynase is Pronase and anti-inflammatory. It will be okay to take it too.
Kaken Pharmaceutical's Pronase MS (pronase), used as an in vivo test agent for dissolution of the gastric mucosa in gastric endoscopy (it is already on the NHI list as an anti-inflammatory)

If I were you I would have taken mass vitamin C and applied colloidal silver with DMSO topically if available since the beginning. However, it seems to have got more serious now so the antibiotics may be necessary. You can always help mitigate the negative effects of antibiotics with a good diet and supplements. FWIW.

I am not an expert about medication but with your medication you can put on your bite green clay. Clay is anti-inflammatory. And clay also is anti-viral.

Good luck. I hope you will be ok.

It could be from a spider bite. They tend to swell up quite a bit. By the way, the medicine with dicoflenac sodium is usually used to reduce inflammation (anti-inflammatory).

Thank you for your help, It could be some sort of dirty bug.
Feel better now, the swelling is going down.
