Bad Eating by Soledad Barruti

"Bad Eaten" (Mal Comidos) by the writer Soledad Barruti I consider it´s "the bible " of the current feeding in Argentina .

Argentina, a country with a historically best food in the world (excellent lands for raising cattle and planting all kinds of fruits and vegetables) became in a few years one of the most powerful "GM farms" in the world.

The murder of the agriculture, livestock and natural fishing implementing harmful GM monocultures and breeding birds, fish, cows and pigs genetically altered and with hormones and antibiotics, are just some of the topics in the book.

When did we lose control of what we put on the dinner table to put the processed foods that we were imposed to put?

I know it may not sound as fun as reviewing issues of the past, but this book summarizes what is happening today in terms of domination of the food and nutrition of the world and I fully recommend it.

And I clarify something: the author has no problem criticizing the Argentine governments as well as companies like Monsanto or countries like Belgium.
I don´t Know if there is an English version, but it´s a best seller in Argentina. Maybe an english version is coming soon.

Re: Bad Eaten by Soledad Barruti

Thanks for sharing on this subject. It is a shame what has happened in Argentina and many other countries around the world. Big business moves in like a virus that spreads death and destruction in its wake. It is the same M.O. everywhere. The elites have used food to control for 1000's of years, but what they fail to realize, is the virus will die with the host.

If a country tries to hold out and keep control of their food supply, it will be taken by force. The disease is so wide spread now, but yet many still cannot see it.

If you ever come across the english translation, please be sure to update this thread. I'd be interested in reading it. :)
