A Disturbance in the Force
It seems logical that Belefonte was not at the service because he's on the 'persona non grata' list of the War Chimp - considering his remarks to Chavez in Venezuela. When time came for the Secret Service (or whoever) to approve the list of attendees, certainly Harry did not make the cut. Or, I could wrong and he suddenly decided that he didn't really like the King family that much. Actually, it's interesting that he did not make a public statement if he were prevented from attendance. Perhaps he just couldn't stand the idea of being in the same space as all of those psychopaths, so he chose, wisely, to stay away.
