Hi all!

There's a replay of this summit going on for 24 hours (17 hours left now), which seems to be REALLY good.
So far, I've heard only one of the interviews and it was great, plus, some of the other interviews look very interesting.

Once again, we come to realise that gut health is the number one thing when it comes to health in general and especially autoimmunity. And for those who are still struggling with some health issues, every bit of information can help in the way of restoring our guts. :)

So here's the link to the summit:

Crushing the Critters, Plugging the Leaks, and Balancing the Biome for Your Best Body Ever | The Better Belly Project

And here's the blurb:

Hi. I’m Summer. And there’s simply nothing that I’m more passionate about than bellies. More specifically what is happening inside of yours.

I’ll brag a little and tell you that I’m one of the leading experts in the world on fermented foods, probiotics, your microbiome (that’s the mix of the buggies that live inside of your digestive system) and how to optimize your gut health to maximize your overall health.

I’m so glad you’re here. Your belly (and your health) will thank you for it.

There are 5 tracks to choose from

The Better Belly Project is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Our sessions are divided into five tracks, so that you can choose your own adventure and get exactly the information you need.

Gut Health Basics
What's a biome? How Does the gut affect the other parts of your body? This track is great for starters, and for re-inforcing the fundamentals of solving your gut issues.

The Mental Connection
The gut is the window to the soul. Modern reasearch shows that your gut-health has a higher impact on your mental and psychological health than previously thought. What can you do to make sure that your gut-brain connection is a healthy one?

Wellness Professionals
THE track for practicing wellness professionals: learn the latest information on gut health, and what other professionals in the field are doing. Not a professional? Learn some of the latest techniques that you can recommend to your primary practitioner.

Fermentation
It's almost impossible to permanently eliminate digestive problems unless you improve the balance between the good & bad bacteria that exist naturally in your gut. Learn some of the most effective ways to balance your gut with traditional fermented foods rich in lactic acid–producing bacteria

Microbiome & Probiotics
Trillions of tiny creatures call your body home, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and others. They're not always bad news, and in fact, our health depends on having a thriving collection of microbes. Which leads to the obvious question: can we hack our health by hacking our microbiome?

fwiw...

Going through the page and the topics it looks amazing! Although at the top of the videos it says: THIS PRESENTATION IS AVAILABLE FOR 14 HOURS AND 42 MIN AND 02 SEC, don't understand will they delete them afterwards??

Thanks very much for the heads up Yas :) :cheer:

I was gonna ask the same thing, I understand it's a summit but for the sake of everyone seeking this information, why wouldn't they just upload it to a regular video-hosting website like YouTube or Vimeo? :/

I'm gonna check it out while I can, thanks for sharing, Yas! :)

Edit: Well, between the Member Login and the Upgrade Now button...it's not hard to see that they're trying to get people to pay for these videos. Well, at least they're available for free today!

Well, yes, many of these health practitioners earn money by selling these summits or giving these talks. I personally don't blame them for that but yes, of course, it would be best to have the material for free. They usually invite all the subscribers for free for a week or so and then they give extra material and "lifetime" access if you pay. For what I know, this particular summit was available for free during a week or so (but I've only heard of it today), and now this is a replay for the ones who missed some of the talks.

I think that some of them, like Dr. Tom O'Bryan, do a really good job and they even use the money to help other people struggling with autoimmune disease, so I understand that they ask for some money for these "events" as they call them. Thankfully, they provide the opportunity to watch it all for free during a limited time.
