Also, as many know, the psychiatric wing known as Allan Memorial was the base of Dr. Ewen Cameron of MKULTRA links. Pivnicki arrive in Canada as part of an exit strategy of some type from Yugoslavia. Somewhere along the line, through law, he met Brian Mulroney, former Prime Minister of Canada. At the time, Pivnicki's daughter, Mila, was 18 years old and Brian was 34. Brian went on to marry this girl and thus Dr. Pivnicki became his family. Pivnicki continued to head the department as Senior Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry. It should be noted that under Mulroney, when law suites were being sought against the Canadian Government (funding Cameron & knowing), against the CIA, Mulroney appointed a party hack named Cooper who wrote the final whitewashed report stating no association, and as for the American's, the CIA, this was all a Red Herring the report said. The CIA used this very report for there own defense. The report cited Expert witnesses, who happened to be CIA psychiatrist assets. Prime Minister Brian Mulroney was also, as is known, implicated in the money for influence peddling under the Hans Schrieber Airbus affair whereby he was paid with brown paper bag of cash and eventually caught. An inquiry was held, he was slapped on the wrist and awarded 2.1 million dollars for slander from the government of the day.
