I think it's safe to say many of us here were lead to the C's Materials from myriad sources in our searches for truth,
and certainly Biblioteca Pleyades library has played an important role on covering many of the older transmission files
and offers a very nice convenience for those of us who sometimes want a quick refresher on what was exactly said to
correlate or verify other findings as time goes on.

I tried to lookup what the exact relation with this biblioteca library and this community was ?
If I'm not mistaken, there has been some minor edits here and there to what is originally saved on their website, and I see from search history
that even Eiriu Eolas materials were saved there too by a member.

But my question is to the old timers here, Is this website and its conglomerate of data available there safe to trust in general ?
I see so many postings clipped from here and there sometimes even with questionable sources.

Was it with Laura's permission that these materials ended up being there ?

I think you have the answer to your question, because you are aware that there are questionable sources, and when you use such a websites as ‘sources’ you may be confused due to the mix of lies, half truths and truths. So I recommend you, when you have a question, to use the search button here ;-)

Thank you jhonny, Yes I always try to use the search field and lookup any information available first, before asking questions, but, since I didn't know that the materials were pirated without any permission, I thought some topics of study there could have been valid. It's quite fascinating how far our initial impression or "intuition" could lead us :)

No, they never asked my permission and they used a pirated copy of the sessions named "logs" by the pirates.
Thank you for the clarification Laura. Wow if that happened to me, I would be quite enraged to be honest.
They sure did a cunning job, stealing your work out of context and even dedicating few pages under your name to make it seem like you willingly gave them permission to post the materials.

Like jhonny mentioned above, mixing half-truths with serious subjects that require careful study or looking into. Frankly It's very disappointing what they have done, since their pages were ones that lead me to C's materials originally in the first place, before coming here.

Well, the Biblioteca Pleiades don't do it for money, as in selling someone else's work for profit, putting adverts, asking for donations, etc. I see them more as an effort for compiling material that could otherwise disappear. I have found a lot of interesting stuff on their site, even if they seem to compile without discernment and thus include a lot of intellectual garbage. (See here their homepage by the way.)

Just so you see, what we created, with lots of sweat and love and proofreading in 2005:
Glossary.cassiopaea.com

It was re-shaped into this new incarnation, but also this one is unfortunately not available anymore.
The original contained quite a few useful definitions of spiritual and esoteric terms. I don't get, why it could not be preserved as a useful antique on the server, even if not worked on anymore.

Yes Casswiki was quite convenient for many of us to refer back to many definitions and terms. It's so unfortunate that it couldn't continue
to operate into 2019.

here is a thread that should answer your casswiki questions: Cass Wiki down
Regarding biblio pléyades, it was also my springboard to know the site of cassiopaea ... really there is a lot of trash, most of it coming from all the new age sites of the network, but there are interesting things (and funny fantasy!), I remember that in then I came across material Cs after reading many articles on that page, I was very interested in the way the Cs spoke, both their sarcasm and kind of meaningful answers and difficult to even imagine at that time.

Thanks, I was well aware of what happened with it, why it was brought down, and why it's much of a hassle to
bother bringing it back again. (Hence why I wrote it's unfortunate that it couldn't continue to operate)
On occasions I need to refer to it, I use the way back machine archives.I agree with most of of what you said regarding bibliotecapleyades, It was a primer for a lot of people to eventually lead us all here. Good stories and interesting materials too, but still the same that a lot of it was "pirated" too without original content creator's permission.

That's interesting to know. Biblioteca pleyades made a good work openning access to many people ((like me)) to this source of information and at least they did it keeping the credits.

Sometimes being pirated means that your content is good, you get much more diffusion and reach new audiences.

What would be of me if I haven't found that webpage? I'd still be so lost.
