Birthdays as an opportunity to transmit EE

The idea is simple : instead of offering an object, or in addition to offering an object, offering a spirit gift: the EE technique.

Ok, not as easy as the traditional gift but, like me, you certainly have friends oriented towards yoga, taï-chi, spiritual research and who will welcome the idea...

That would be great! Many people would appreciate such a birthday gift, I think. And the good thing about offering it like that is that you can do it in a semi-detached way, simply saying "I thought you'd like it. I practice it and it's helped me a lot. Let me know what you think, and we can even practice it together once in a while. It's fun!"
