Black Holes do not exist?

This is Stephen Crothers' talk at the Electric Universe 2013 conference, "The Non-existence of the Black Hole and the Failure of General Relativity". He seems to deliver short mathematical refutations of mathematical solutions of Einstein's equations which lead to Black Holes. I don't have the knowledge to judge the validity of it, anyway I thought I'll share it here:

There's also this:

A related video with statements from Tom Wilson, explaining that exotic Black Holes are not 'needed' when you can have a simpler explanation through Plasma Physics. Black holes are never directly observed, the only observation are 'accretion discs', x-ray and gamma-ray sources.

Scientists working with the VLA telescope recently discovered something very "surprising" -- two bright radio spots in the globular cluster M22, which they interpret as proof of two small "black holes." But the discovery does not fit with the expectations of black hole theorists.

Yeah, I've seen his presentation a while ago. That was quite interesting. I had thought about posting it here but it somehow got off my mind.

I'd also be interested to see what you [more knowledgeable] people think about it. Is it really that simple, so to speak?

I can't say for sure.
