Hi , if you have a chance will be great to know your commentaries, thanks

Around March 2013 I was at the Rambla, Barcelona España, sleeping at my friend's house, on the afternoon before to sleeping I was taking one or two puffs of organic weed, usually I don't smoke weed, just a few times at year, when some friend offer to me.
So, after to spend a time with my friend in his apartment, I had been preparing my stuff to leave Spain,
so I reminder well the little and simple living room, like a rectangle shape, 2 little sofas an a big bookcase occupying the opposite wall to the bedroom's door, and I was sleeping on a little sofa that became individual bed, I don't reminder exactly when started my dream, because the last reference thing that I had was my friend and his girlfriend going to they bedroom and saying: "good night"
then, I felt myself on the little sofa- bed looking still the room: the big bookcase at my left, the bedroom's door on my right, the digital 80's clock with large numbers of red light, and at some moment that I have pretty clear that I'm on the sofa bed, staring on the window that was in front of me, my attention suddenly notice a black dot on the left corner of the roof, then just I was just observing that I was moving slowly and slowly towards where I was, shifting from top to bottom, and this was generating a deep stress, I was a bit terrified, I could not focus or see clearly it was, but I was trying to talk to my Friend, to shout something, and I just felt that black thing in front of my face, unable to see exactly what it was, in that urge to scream, I woke up...

Thanks Laura and all the Researchers for to share their material
now I'm reading "The High Strangeness of Dimensions", Laura Knight, from https://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/vida_alien/alien_abductionabductees01a.htm#Introduction

and I found a few interesting things like:

Going back to Castaneda for a moment, and keeping in mind these strange creatures described by Michael Harner, we find don Juan and Carlos out in the desert one day:
"...I really wanted to start for home right away [...] but before we reached his house, don Juan sat down on a high ledge overlooking the valley. He didn't say anything for awhile. He was not out of breath. I couldn't conceive of why he had stopped to sit down.

"'The task of the day, for you, ' he said abruptly, in a foreboding tone, 'is one of the most mysterious things of sorcery, something that goes beyond language, beyond explanations. ...So brace yourself by propping your back against this rock wall, as far as possible, from the edge. I will be by you, in case you faint or fall down. ...I want you to cross your legs and enter into inner silence, but don't fall asleep.'

"It was rather difficult for me to enter into inner silence without falling asleep. I fought a nearly invincible desire to fall asleep. I succeeded, and found myself looking at the bottom of the valley from an impenetrable darkness around me. And then, I saw something that chilled me to the marrow of my bones. I saw a gigantic shadow, perhaps fifteen feet across, leaping in the air and then landing with a silent thud. I felt the thud in my bones, but I didn't hear it.

"'They are really heavy,' don Juan said in my ear. He was holding me by the left arm, as hard as he could.

"I saw something that looked like a mud shadow wiggle on the ground, and then take another gigantic leap, perhaps fifty feet long, and land again, with the same ominous silent thud. I fought not to lose my concentration. I was frightened beyond anything I could rationally use as a description. I kept my eyes fixed on the jumping shadow on the bottom of the valley. Then I heard a most peculiar buzzing, a mixture of the sound of flapping wings and the buzzing of a radio whose dial has not quite picked up the frequency of a radio station, and the thud that followed was something unforgettable. It shook don Juan and me to the core - a gigantic black mud shadow had just landed by our feet.

"'Don't be frightened,' don Juan said imperiously. 'Keep your inner silence and it will move away.
Introduction part

and I just wonder if this description about "black mud shadow" is something that appears or lives on the earth at the etheric level ?, as a coexistent creature....

The dream must have been very frightening for you, since your memory is still with you after four years. About the relation of your experience to the quote from Castaneda, I don't know, so my comment will just be with regard to your experience and more in the form of questions that might assist your exploration.

Could you dream be related to what you ingested before? I tried to find out, but I can't tell from reading _http://drug.addictionblog.org/how-long-does-marijuana-last/

Might there be some ideas in "Important info on dreams thread"? https://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,31626.0.html

Could it be a "Dark Man" dream? If interested, this topic is described on https://thecasswiki.net/index.php?title=%22Dark_Man%22_dream Examples from other forum members can be found in the dream thread if you search "dark man" with quotation marks.

Hi thorbiorn, thanks for reply :)

I found a lot of interesting and useful things in your link:

thanks for sharing

Yes, I may not have much connection with Castaneda's quote, I've been re-reading some texts and wondering about that "creature or black thing, or shadow" could be

Fortunately I have no problem with drug addiction and I rarely smoke marijuana, to be considered addiction, although probably if I have mentioned in the link some affection during or after smoking. On the other hand I only mention it to describe the general context of the situation before the dream,

During that stay in Spain, I had again the same experience of not having consciousness when the dream began, because I had the sensation inside the dream of being awake, looking at the room as if I were awake, then I am perceiving a shadow that is in the Door frame that I interpret as my roommate during that week. Then in the time that I am thinking that he is on the frame of the bedroom, that same person opens the door of the apartment making a little noise, waking me up

Then another question:
Is it some kind of problem, or something that has an origin or affect the soul, or spirit, about that a part of you cannot rest at deeper levels?, just the soul are wandering still in the bedroom, perceiving another dimension of the same place?, or Perhaps it is an occasional phenomenon that responds to certain frequencies of some places?
(I'm a newbie here and still learning the english Language, also I don't frecuently write, and I feel how complex is the comunication, interpretation o even learn trough the text, I suppose this is part of learning , no easy :/...apology & thanks for the comentaries)

The main key here is not to be attached to the dreams.

The C's once said, "Dreams are the best forum for disinformation that exists." In relation, Laura once said, "The best disinformation is a lie wrapped in truth." And again, the C's said, "Remember, there is much disinformation to weed through."

Meaning that we would need to use our discernment and reasoning skills, and not being "attached" to any one thing, especially to any dream elements (especially if they are so bizarre). If you do, then any entities would see you as a "plaything" and your emotions would be aroused or tantalized to increase your self-importance. Even that alone can be so distracting.

There are over 500 references to the word "dream" and its permutations in the Cassiopaean text, as I have just discovered, and a brief overview shows that dreams, like everything else, can be of a dual nature. We can have those that are communications with the higher self, other selves, the universal mind and so on; and we can have dreams that are a direct result of an idea that is being implanted to lead us astray; and we can have dreams that are "memories" of "abductions," or the screen memories implanted to cover the real activities of abduction, AND we can have prophetic dreams not to mention dreams of past life experiences and maybe even future life experiences! So, it seems that, like everything else, we have to use our minds, our experiences and our instincts to choose what interpretation is appropriate. As the Cassiopaeans have said, nobody said this was gonna be easy and "no pain, no gain." We have to exercise our thinking, our judgment and our conscious will to make them all strong and the best way to do this is to ask questions! The C's made a remark in answer to a question that was not exactly about dreams, but the answer was so appropriate, I think that it applies in all situations:

Quote
A: These are the questions that prompt reflection, reflection prompts analysis, analysis prompts conclusions, which builds knowledge, which fosters protection!!!

Thank you for the added details. If I understand you correctly, somehow your dreaming mind represented your friend as being in the door, then you woke up from your dream, and he was really there, which was what surprised you. Your experience connects to your next question.

When our body goes to sleep, most of the time it does not stop functioning, it just functions differently, similarly it is with the mind. If you think of a situation where you had to pass by the room of someone who was sleeping, and this situation had not become a routine due to years of similar situations, did it feel different than it would have, if there had been nobody sleeping in the room? Suppose a "scanning feature" is available and happens to be active in the mind of a person sleeping in a room that somebody wishes to pass through - what might the dreaming person experience? In terms of survival, it would actually be a nice feature if some part of us would have the possibility of scanning our surroundings while we sleep.

We are all learning, your text is readable and with practice it will become easier :)

thanks thorbiorn!!, right!! that's make more sense, I have a diary with the most significative for me about my dreams, and now I notice the same pattern, I have a few of them with the same characteristics:
"I didn't been notice when I'am dreaming in the first lap because I'm feeling or looking to my self on the bed observing around the bedroom, like when you waiting before to getting sleep, then starts the "weird or Stressful" part when you notice strange shadows trying to get close to you, I've never seen them clearly, what is it?, only dark shadows like something living or with limbs"

I spend many years with problems sleeping in my parents' house between adolescence and early youth, with the same pattern of being perceived in my dreams obscure things approaching my bed, and often waking up at 3am, sometimes only my eyes were open at that same time, it was very strange and overwhelming because I always felt tired and terrified to sleep, still today if I'am alone in a house, I cannot sleep in complete darkness, I need a little light, even until recently I have decided Try not to be afraid of sleeping, last weeks in some of my dreams I see myself and my husband in bed, in the bedroom and I am loudly praying something like a Catholic prayer in the name of Jesus.

I was wondering if there are also other factors that can affect your sleep, such as:
"Is it possible that if in a bedroom you have several vintage objects, or belonged to someone else, those objects could be loaded with the energy of those people and affect you when you sleep?, or maybe the energy of some places?, or how you can protect yourself in some way of this things?

Anyway, I really liked this note that I found in the links you sent me, thank you!! :)

I'm not sure if it's related, but I have a friend whose father is a bit of a hoarder. He can be real forgetful, but when you sort through his things with him, he remembers minute details of his life regarding the object, the people he knew, the events around that time - it all floods back into the peripheral of his minds eye. It's quite astonishing. I think music has that effect on us too.

In some ways, his mind spilled out of his head and now occupies space in his home around him. In a way placing himself in an outer dimension of his own mind. My visits to his domain/home, are as if I'm being let into his head when I think about it too much.

This to me suggests that objects can certainly effect you on a sub conscious level and be amplified in your dreams, especially if you're in a place where you don't typically sleep. Apparently, you aren't fully asleep anyway when you sleep in an unfamiliar place. I think it's call the 'First-Night Effect'.

Another thing, is when I'm asleep but people are still awake, their conversations, movements, sounds emanating from their actions all amplify into my dreams and in some ways sculpt the experience I'm having.

Do you think it is like an out of body experience (OBE)? I am not able to relate to my own experiences in the field of OBE, and I decided to read up on what others say, and there are many pages by different people with different kinds of experience and qualifications. Without giving the links as suggestions and endorsement, here are some of the pages I looked at: First I found _http://www.oberf.org/stories_obe.htm which has a whole list, a really mixe bag, (See also the disclaimer at the bottom of their page). And there was: _http://www.finerminds.com/metaphysical/metaphysical8-reasons-lucid-body-experience/ which also gives and idea of what is counted as an OBE and what not.

The following link had a section that mentions something that may relate to what you sometimes have experienced:
_http://www.wikihow.com/Have-an-Out-of-Body-Experience has:
2 Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Many people choose to lie down on their backs, but be forewarned that temporary sleep paralysis is more likely in this position if you do fall asleep. These may consist of dark figures, ghosts or whatever you fear entering your room. Though this may sound scary, the more you realise they cannot physically harm you for they are your mind's creation, the less scary it is to endure.
That they are just creations of one's mind is a possibility worth investigating, but if one reads threads on the forum and the books of Laura, see the titles in Spanish on https://es.pilulerouge.com for instance the Spanish versions of "High Strangeness" "the Secret History of the World .." and The Wave series, (Whatever has been translated to far), then there may be other possibilities too.

This link _http://luciddreamleaf.com/blog/are-out-of-body-experiences-real-my-personal-experience associates OBEs with sleep paralysis? also _http://www.finerminds.com/metaphysical/common-obe-fears Have you experienced sleep paralysis?

I have heard some or even many children begin being quite sensitive ot energetic fields and then loose this ability somewhat as they grow up. Is it possible that you have some clairvoyant potential which somehow did not go away as you grew up? Perhaps, even your perceived fearful experiences kept you on the guard and somehow, due to frequent use, kept your innate sensitivity awake?

Regarding your prayer, is it something that your husband has noticed, or is it on the level of the mind? Also, have you looked into Eiriu-Eolas https://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,12837.0.html or https://eiriu-eolas.org The exercises, the breathing practices and meditation might help you to clean the system and assist you in dealing with the fear of sleeping.

As others have mentioned that is possible. It can be fault lines, lay lines, the recording of the place, or things or frequency pollution from mobile phones and the associated towers, routers, wi-fi and electronic gagets. Besides some energies, apart from the electrons that run the cicuits, may even be attracted to electronic divices.

Hi duyunne :) thank you for your comments, it is quite interesting the case of his friend's father, and your experience, I suppose there is some relationship between matter and ethereal energy, or not exactly how it could be named, I suppose the objects contain somehow energy or information more than as viewed purely from matter or as physical objects, or even from the pscicologist view
long ago when I was an art student, I was buying old objects for an art project and sleeping in the same room where I worked, and at the time I was having strange dreams with some of the objects, after not being able to sleep, I changed the bedroom and could sleep better, I understood that it was better to keep the room and work room separately.
days ago I had been trying to locate some book or information on the web about objects and energy or something like that,or some theory about that, but I only found it from the psychological point of view, which is interesting but I find it questionable that psychology deals with to explain some phenomena mostly from mentals pathology or the point of view of Freud,
There is an interesting book that I know of Jean Baudrillard (French sociologist, philosopher, cultural theorist, political commentator, and photographer) about the objects, a little far of this topic, is more from the philosophical-cultural point of view, I suppose there are other texts or books explaining a better way the phenomenon or approaching it,

Baudrillard Jean The System Of Objects 1996

thanks thorbiorn :) is super interesting the links, "out of body experience (OBE)", http://www.oberf.org/stories_obe.htm
I think is more like a lucid dreams my experience on the dreams, but I'll take some time for study more about this, my husband is really perceptive but very sceptic for this topics, for myself I'm considerate like a beginer, and the only thing the make me believe more than the supposedly "reality" is my dreams, and the feeling about something is going wrong in the system, and I suppose is a good start for to Know more...
Just a few months I found out that I am pregnant and I have come across new experiences as they come to my mind very clear images, but they are not part of any dream are just the projection of an image, my mother says that's how it is during pregnancy, that happens, it's natural, or my husband says that milk causes nightmares .... then I will have to study and know better what is happening, continue to learn ....

and invaluable Laura's books and links Eiriu-Eolas https://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,12837.0.html or https://eiriu-eolas.org I had read time ago "the Wave", on http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/ciencia/onda.htm , I'm for to start to read soon the "the Secret History of the World ..",
it take to me a little slow now, but I'm in the open way to learn, thanks for your response :) ;)
