Steroids have a counter-effect!

A guy told me they have to eat 6-8 times a day. Found it likely unbelievable, but that came straight from youtube!

Example: Jay Cutler (Bodybuilder)

Most bodybuilders love to eat; they crave food. Not Jay: "I have zero cravings and zero anticipation for any meal. I don't look forward to food." Jay may not love it, but he still has to eat every three hours. He eats at midnight, again at three a.m., and then he eats his breakfast at six a.m. "The consumption of food remains consistent, and I still can't eat enough," Jay says.

Hehe :lol2:
Had to share the female counterpart! 20 inch biceps Holy muscles!

'The Brazilian bodybuilder officially sports the largest biceps among women around the world. 20 years of dedicated training resulted in her 20 inch biceps, which were measured at the Arnold classic expo in 2006.'

WHOA. That is just plain wrong - and about as far away from feminine as I've ever seen!

Perceval's comment on the first pic is hilarious.
That woman is hideous. Why would someone want to be hideous?
Oh well

So what's your standard of beauty? You can't be totally against muscle? Can you?

Lean strong bodies are beautiful and feel wonderful to be in.. Once upon a time I trained somewhat and could pull up my body weight with one hand and felt very strong and fit, no supplements just a pretty high protein diet.
Very very hard to maintain though, gotta be dedicated to hours a day of workouts and probably be rather obsessed with self image and or feeling like you could kick butt in any arm wrestle. I was very unhealthily obsessed.
None of the above look too pretty to me but that's just my opinion, the two rock climbers are probably just as obsessed with what they do as the body builders are.

There's a little town called Overdoingit and it's just up the hill from another little town called Moderation..

I, too, think that that much muscle on anyone, woman or man, is over-the-top, and, as m put it, just plain wrong and obsessive.

Doing a bit of body building is okay, but to see people bulked up like in the pictures of the above woman and man, to me is not beauty. To build muscles in accord to what you need for a specific activity or work is one thing, but to go so overboard, to me, is wrong and artificial.

Just my opinion.
