Hey guys,
Don't think there's a thread on her, but I figured I'd start one just in case. Brett Cooper is a conservative commentator who used to run a show called the comment section in the Daily Wire, she used to mostly comment on the younger crowd issues, a lot of Hollywood stuff, and a lot of social commentary, gossip and so on, I became aware of her during Johnny Depp's trial, she did a bit of coverage and her take was fairly decent.
She's best friends with Candace Owens, who had a similar exit from the DW. Several weeks ago she announced her exit from the DW, which created itself a lot of drama, which was covered by a lot of people, and it highlighted the ideological possession of the right.
She launched her own show, and I have a feeling that she will go the route of Candace. And I liked the topic of her first episode, about the cancel culture on the right, it was a nuanced take on a topic, even if she may miss the mark at times, that she couldn't have had in the DW.
So, Candace and Tucker have shined their brightest after leaving the confinement of having to put up with their bosses, and I hope the same is true for Brett. I found it curious too that as Trump takes over and there seems to be a funky shift in the right in the US, a few voices take prominence outside their political base, which is refreshing.
Here's her first episode in case anyone's curious.
