This seems like a pretty big deal. As I understand it, basically, the Bush-supporters on the Nat'l Labor Relations Board outvoted the Dems 3-2 to rule that any employee who directs another in any way is now classified a supervisor and can't join a union and can be fired for trying to start one. Business loves this idea.
