buying the wave series on e books

can any body direct me to were i can buy these books as a straight download from the internet. im about to buy the new sony reader because i live in lanzarote one of the canarie islands and the postal service sucks so i dont receive what i order thanks.

They are making the e-books available on a case by case basis due to piracy last I read.
