Buzz in the left part of my head

It started 5-6 years ago, and its on all the time , specially disturbing during meditation and breathing. My opinion is that it can be because of one amalgan filling of one upper left tooth. During breathing my consiussness leads me many times there and than the buzz is stronger. I feel also that my left ear is buzzing also. Sometimes I don´t know anymore if its ear or head buzz. I tried many things, but it is still molesting me. I don´t have pain it´s just this buzz all the time. I try to not concentrate on it, but anyway it´s on.
I made an investigation and it can be from so many things that I got lost. So if anybody is having this problem, can you give me advice what to do or just more info abot it, thanks Jaela

What you describe sounds like tinnitus, a ringing or buzzing in the ear, which is fairly common. Have you ever been exposed to loud sound, like listening to loud music, using headphones, industrial noise? Even a one time exposure can do some damage to the inner ear and cause tinnitus. You might search 'tinnitus' here on the forum, as I believe it has been discussed. You could see an ear doctor, plus there are things you can do with diet that help some people.

I myself have constant ringing in the ears for about 15 years. For the most part I don't notice it unless I focus on it or if it everything else is really quiet.

Thanks, I will check the tinnitus out. Yes I was working in the noisy place for few years. I notice it most of the time also just when its everything quiet around me. Thanks again J
