I'm on a roll Today.
I jotted down some thoughts this morning.
I still have the uncontrollable urge to speak out.
As I stated earlier today:
I have a thirty(30) minute drive to work, and HOME.
Contemplation time, I called it.
Don't get fooled, my kids placed a rather loud stereo in my truck
I am an old rock-n-roller.
I love the jams.
And I still listen to a lot of talk radio.
Gotta get perspective, eh?
And I gotta say...
Mainstream media makes me sick.
These people talk about current events.
Which is nice to know...
But come on people.!.!.!
Why can't they call a spade a spade.
This current "war" is appearing to be based on religion.!.!.!
They call them Islamic extremists.
Yeah right...
I talk to you who are aware of history.
How many wars...
How many terrible deaths...
How much injustice...
Are performed in the name of religion.?.?.?

Absolutely none of these MSM people have the kahunas to call a spade a spade.

That is a very good question.
Within these current "times", one side is always calling for a Jihad.

Being tolerant Christians, Christians would never have a Crusade.

History speaks for itself.
Wars of religion seem to be an excellent method of culling the herd.
Or even better yet, religion figures into some sort of master plan to herd the sheeple.
I don't think the real controllers want people to put these two little definitions together.
The masses may actually use that information and CHOOSE to end all this nonsense.
It's much easier for the real controllers to control the dumbed down masses.
The real contollers have their own agenda, don't you think?
Heaven forbide people actually think and SEE what is really going on here.
I guess your next question is: What is really going on here?
To be able to make a decision, one has to compile information, discern, and observe.
Armed with the information, one can then watch events to prove or disprove that information.
Do the math.
Do the research.
You might end up saying "That figures".

I think there is a tipping point, where you have a certain quality of being - one that is critical of the now, one that is concerned with the exact facts of what they personally see, instead of taking other peoples word for it. There is nothing wrong with listening to other people, but why should we be told, instead of just listening, and finding out for ourselves if it is true, and not jumping to conclusions. Once you have this quality of being, then its just a matter of setting the example to others. Its like the antidote to psychopathy - the only antidote there is.

Edit: just to add, I agree with what you are saying.

Another thing is, I think that only one fact is of utmost importance - that is that we don't know anything until we are prepared to look for ourselves, to be a light onto ourselves - to KNOW what we know, and what we don't know. To be honest with ourselves. The human race is not honest with itself at all, if it were, it wouldn't be anything like it is now, imo.
