Piers Morgan had Candace Owens and Michaela Peterson on his show. MP is clearly hurt over Candace covering the news about JP and his benzo addiction.
Being that this dates back to January, did watch it.
The question that opened it up was when Candace Owens (CO) was reasoning out why so many JP fans had jumped ship, which was the benzo thing that seemed to become front and center as reason. Don't know why that became the focal issue, as that was a sad thing, as it is a sad thing for many suffering from it. That said, if members on the forum are any way a calibration, benzo was not the reason.
(Windmill Knight) The C's have mentioned that Jordan Peterson is a great soul, yet he is also very much driven by his emotions, and therefore, has trouble coping with objective reality. Lately, he has publicly made some remarks in regards to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that are greatly off the mark and lacking in empathy, to say the least, like encouraging Netanyahu to 'give them hell', accusing the Palestinians of playing the victim, or calling anti-genocide demonstrators 'resentful, childless harpies unconsciously longing for domination.' Several of us have the impression that the Jordan Peterson, before his medical coma for his severe benzo withdrawal symptoms, is no more. He is particularly different since befriending the likes of Bibi Netanyahu and Ben Shapiro. Is it really just his emotions that are twisting his views or is there something else at play here?
A: Peterson was subjected to intensive programming during his coma.
Q: (L) So, he wasn't replaced?
A: No
Q: (L) Just subjected to intensive programming, I'm assuming by 4th density?
A: Yes
In the video above, completely omitted from the discussion of why people jumped off the JP ship, was in what Windmill Knight said, being JP's open X and press remarks on all things Gaza, his supporting of Bibi and all the evilness that can be seen. Piers Morgan did not say the obvious around the question either, nor did CO (although she knows it). So, the benzo thing is real (with the C's adding to it), however, it seemed also a deflection from the real reason, that many jumped ship as soon as JP played the anti-Semitic card, and doubled down for any disagreeing with him. Michaela Peterson (MP) seems to be in her dad's camp, or is she really deep down (more below)?
(Joe) I think it was probably related to the question of how can a great soul, which Jordan Peterson maybe fits the bill for, how can he... We know that he was programmed and stuff, right? They said in the last session that he was programmed during his coma, but the one thing that stands out is his attitude towards the situation in Gaza. You have a really clear cut...
(L) He has a HUGE block.
(Joe) ...example of someone, of one part of the country, literally just slaughtering people, wholesale, completely defenseless. So that's some bodacious programming where you take someone who is a great soul and turn them into that...
A: He will come to himself with horror eventually.
Q: (L) Well, I dunno...
(Niall) He better cry a lot.
(Joe) He better do a lot of crying.
(L) I mean, if the stuff that's going on hasn't brought somebody to themselves...
(Joe) He better come out and smack down those Zionists in a big way to make up for it.
Back to MP (this could be in the Israeli thread, yet it ties in) who a year ago interviewed both
David Brog and Norm Finkelstein in an attempt for her and her listeners to understand the conflict. During the interview, MP sits quietly, not saying very much other than she does not know a great deal about the history of the region and conflict (although she must listen to her dad's views), yet she does ask limited questions at the end. So, Brog jumps in at the beginning with his revisionist cheery picked data, omitting deeper nuances and ensuring victimhood is assigned to the weaponized Israeli brutes. Next, Finkelstein takes MP through a step by step history, back to 1947/48, which also came up again later, to 1967 Golan Heights, and than to 1982 and Israeli Lebanon invasion (mass slaughter of Palestinian PLO and citizens), and 2006 - the rise of the PA and election win by Hamas and the immediate reversal of all commitments by Israel, and the rise of settlements within the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT), and so on. There is more, yet Oct 7th next becomes the focus.
At one point, Norm brings up the American Matt Turners Rebellion and moral thoughts, circling back around to the October 7th event, yet all in all he lays it out for MP and her listeners to consider. Now, this interview was a year ago, and while Norm understands more and the whole damn thing is so much worse (well, what can be worse, it is just a continuation of more than a half century of BS). I've no way of knowing what MP really thinks.
