The Force is Strong With This One
I live in the US and everywhere I turn my attention, or no matter what conversation I overhear even among strangers, the election is all that's on anyone's mind, and everyone is completely on edge. In trying to predict the outcome of all this, I see two possibilities:
(Scenario A) Hillary wins. Half of the US population (probably more) who loathe her and who realize the entire system is a complete and utter rigged sham go bonkers as the nomination of - in the words of SOTT's Harrison Koehli - a "corrupt, foul-mouthed, lying, war-loving, mass-murdering deviant" becomes the straw that broke the camel's back. Localized riots, pandemonium slowly take hold across the country, and spread out of control. Martial law gets enacted and the Army steps in. It's the beginnings of a US Civil War: the US people, against one another, and against their own government. Stocks plummet, and sends economic shockwaves across the world as the system begins to collapse. What happens after this is anyone's guess.
(Scenario B) Trump wins. The PTB have absolutely none of it. Knowing the potential domino effect of the investigation currently ongoing against Hillary and her foundation, and Trump's relentless desire to jail her and "Drain the Swamp," as he likes to say (cleanse Washington of corruption - a.k.a. everyone), they take drastic measures to ensure that he does not actually get inaugurated come January. A major false flag event (or even something more reckless like an hostile aggression against Russia) sends the world on the brink or threat of war, and, with a reason for Obama to stay in office (whether it be martial law or some other mechanism), Trump doesn't get elected. Again, what happens next (given that this would be huge), is anyone's guess.
Point being: I don't see an outcome of this election that is just "business as usual" where everyone is fine with the result and everyone goes on with their day-to-day lives as if nothing ever happened. The stakes have just never seemed higher, and the tipping point is within view for me.
Does anyone else feel the same, or does anyone have a point of view that we aren't mere months away from "shit absolutely hitting the fan" irrecoverably?
