Geez, one person's attempt to help a group of oppressed people is then somehow twisted into malice by others :/

Imagine what would be happening if Carter were defending Israel???

How can you 'lose your moral compas' by telling the truth? Of course, the question still stands for being malicious too....

Honestly, I think some of his critics may have 'lost their marbles'....

Ruth, you forget there is a difference between "Christian" morals, and the Israeli/Zionist/Jewish morals. ;) Remember the Israeli invasion of Lebanon and the general's condescension towards so-called "Christian morals"? After all, if the IDF is the "most moral army in the world", then any peace-lover is a rabid and amoral animal. War = morality. Never forget it.
