Surfing the web I found a new blog about celiac disease today.

Since I'm not a sufferer myself I'm unable to assess the actual value of this information, but I thought it worthwile to bring it to the attention of potential interested parties.
Doing a search on the forum I found there are several threads mentioning this disease, but due to lack of knowledge I'm not able to decide to which one this info might belong - so I started this new topic instead. Hope that's OK... and sorry if it would be considered noise.
