The Living Force
Today I used coconut milk to make my chai tea recipe and it worked well. I was running low on coconut milk, so I used a mix of half coconut milk and half water, but it could be creamier with more coconut milk.
Heat up 5 cups of coconut milk and water mixture to boiling and set to simmer.
Add 4 teabags of your choice.
Grind 1 inch of cinnamon stick, 10 cloves, 10 cardamom pods, and 5 black peppercorns and add to tea/c.milk mixture. Dice a tablepoon of fresh ginger and add it as well.
Let simmer for ten minutes, then turn off heat and cover for five minutes.
Strain mixture and add sweetener (I used Xylitol, Vanilla Stevia Extract, and a tablespoon of honey)
