Chinkungunya, dengue and weird infections in Venezuela

The Chinkungunya epidemic is wild here. I now many people with some relative ill with dengue or chinkungunya. There were cases of people with both diseases simultaneously. The government denied the cases but is already so obvious that they have started to accept it. The only think I could do is to propagate on FB an article of SOTT in spanish about magnesium chloride "cure for Chinkungunya".

But not only there is Chikungunya herem there is also a weird disease.

A Doctor from one hospital that had cases of people with weird rashes and some killed by a strange fever syndrome gave declarations on tv, talking about the nule response goverment was giving to this issue. So inmediately the governor of that state appeared in tv saying that that Doctor should be on Jail. Next the President of Venezuela Said this is a bacteriological warfare.

Here I put a translation of an article talking about this weird "virus" This was the last week, but I was waiting for new information and nothing relevant come.

Maracay.- The alarm was declared in the College of Physicians in Aragua state by the death of eight people during the last hours in the Maracay Central Hospital (HCM) caused by a virus or bacteria that have not yet identified.

The information was confirmed today by the President of the Guild of Health in the state, Angel Sarmiento, who explained that the eight victims, four adults and four children, have the same symptoms triggering death within 72 hours. He said that the sympthoms are fever reaching 40 degrees, malaise and skin rash which then form blisters.

Also, sepsis originating multiorgan failure resulting in a disseminated intravascular coagulation, bleeding from the ears and nose and the subsequent collapse of the body.

Sarmiento said there had been no previous cases with the same symptoms, being mentioned in the medical records of each patient as an acute hemorrhagic fever syndrome.

He ruled out that the cause of the disease was either Ebola or meningococcemia, as was rumored at first through social networks. He also dismissed the possibility that the case was chikungunya or dengue. He said is waiting for the results of tests performed on the bodies of the victims to determine whether it is a viral or bacterial disease.

The representative of the Guild of Health in the state said that two of the patients came from the Carabobo state and other municipalities Francisco Linares Alcántara (Morita), Mario Briceño Iragorry (Lemon) and Santos Michelena (The Tejerías) in Aragua. He argued that this is not a case of pollution in the Hospital of Maracay.

hypothesis:

Angel Rafael Orihuela, former health minister and a specialist in tropical diseases referred to several hypotheses that could explain the deaths by the similarity of symptoms with various diseases. One is the meningoccemia, but noted that there has been no epidemic in the country. Ritketsiosis was mentioned, caused by a mite that lives in mice, or plague caused by the bacterium Yersinia pestis.

"It may be hemorrhagic dengue, but it is very rare that an outbreak occurs with sudden death. San Casimiro in Aragua, was the focus of jungle yellow fever. In that case one of the updates will be the death of monkeys in the area, "he said.

The specialist also said that Venezuela has Guanarito hemorrhagic fever, which has only in Portuguese state

He noted that the hantavirus causes bleeding due to inhalation of bacteria from dead mice. He said there are no records of clinical symptoms with the symptoms exhibited by victims who are related to chikungunya. He did not rule out a hemorrhagic viral fever of unknown origin or rodenticide poisoning case.

Unknown bacteria transmission method:

The governor of Aragua, Tarek El Aissami said it is false that there is an "alleged bacteria in the Central Hospital of Maracay."

In his Twitter account,TareckPSUV reported that "have broken chains msm and digital networks on alleged bacteria in the Central Hospital of Maracay. Totally false ".

"No wonder that the adeco (an opposition party) president of the College of Physicians of Aragua was who leads this campaign of rumors and terrorism," tweeted the governor and said that the director of Corposalud would give a press conference to explain what really happens in the Central Hospital Maracay.

Relatives of deceased break silence

About the situation that created alarm in the population of Maracay, the version of some deceased relatives were also consulted. According Yamin Herrera, associate of Alexander Ortiz, who died Monday by an unknown disease, reported that upon entering to the hospital he presented fever and at the time elapses it got worse.

" Alexander was completely swollen at Sunday night, he could not breathe and had bruises, blood was not circulating well. I only could say that he was out of breath and died on Monday morning.

Ortiz was 53 years old and lived in Caracas Avenue El Limón. It is thought that this case was not related with another patients becayse they were not family or friends. The body of the deceased had to be buried immediately because they were denied the proper medical autopsy to know the diagnosis of death.

Also the family of the young Leandro Ruiz (12) gave their statements. The press reported that the child was referred to Hcm ( Maracay Hospital) with fever and died before 72 hours. Briefly said the body was not delivered by the health center but was sent to the morgue Cicpc( a police office) because they did not want to have him autopsy.

I can't imagine if Ebola arrives here....

Thank you Galaxia for reporting it's sad what is happening in Venezuela but also interesting taking in consideration that many south-central American countries currently are under some kind of a covert attack from "unknown" agencies, for each country is adopted a suited attack strategy.

Chikungunya...........very interesting. Last year our local land grant university, http://www.uvi.edu/news/articles/2013/12_017_dengue.aspx, hosted Oxitec Limited leads research in controlling insects that spread disease and damage crops throughout the world. They are based in the United Kingdom – originating from Oxford University. Oxitec's methods of reducing the mosquitoes that spread dengue are based upon historically successful procedures used for control of agricultural crop pests. The diseases caused by dengue fever virus can be life-threatening, and deaths have occurred in the USVI because of these infections. Dengue fever is difficult to prevent and treat due to lack of a prophylactic vaccine and specific anti-viral drugs for therapy.

Almost a year later "we" have an outbreak of a "new" virus, Chikungunya, carrying mosquito. http://virginislandsdailynews.com/news/epidemiologist-declares-chikungunya-epidemic-in-v-i-1.1754655. Some feel that the above is the result of the dengue experiments. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/8528417.stm. There are those who also feel like we are actually guinea pigs. It is hitting the elder community very hard along with children and people with immune issues. There was no and I mean NO public health alert until people in the community started calling the radio talk shows about the numbers of people in the emergency rooms & clinics.
