I've been watching Max Miller's "Tasting History" channel for quite some time. He has some very interesting videos on recipes from quite a ways back in history to more recent history such as the various wars. And he does dig up some interesting history on various subjects. He does only look at history as it has been written by scholars and historians so may not get it right on all fronts, but what he does find is very interesting. And he has quite the sense of humor, which I always like to see. And, then, he is not informed on how bad gluten is or other things we are aware of here, but, still, I find his videos not only informative, but quite entertaining at times.

Here's the video on Chocolate Wine:

Tasting History is a great YT channel. One of my favorite episodes was about the fast food you could get from vendors at Rome's Coliseum if you were there for the events. He made some fun finger foods, plus you got a nice explanation of how one got tickets, who got to sit where, ect.

I did a party with Roman dishes for Caesar's birthday a couple of years ago, and got all the recipes from Max.
