Hi guys,
Most of the old school readers know me, but I must confess that I didn't do much for the past few months(years?). This is due to a kinda scare? or self-security? I am still an active forum lurker since 2007 though, and I just want to say that this forum rocks ;)
Anyway, to all of you guys that been diagnosed with chronic bowel issues I have good news. I've tested it on myself for at least 6 months and I have very good results.
However, there are certain caveats to it :P ... as usual.
In my case, I had to stop drinking coffee, stop regular smoking, and change my diet to an "easy to digest one". I am still investigating it VS. Keto though.
I was able to quit using deadly steroids by accident. Every year, I am getting sinuses infection and this is due to my stupidity while being young and not listening to my parents.
However, this year, while I was having a serious(confirmed) diarrhea attack that brought me down to 69 KG(out of 81KG ) within a month, I've started to think again.
Obviously, regular medicine prescribes only steroids but I've decided to take a different route .... as usual ;P
Turned out that my wife saved me by an accident :D
She'd made me a standard anti-sinus-infection tea while I was in the middle of it and I've simply noticed that it also resolves(kinda) bowel issues.
Obviously, I've started to investigate the problem, and looks like it works like a charm.
I am now 2 months off steroids!!!.
The solution in my case was to start drinking tea with add-ons.
- A full spoon of dried ginger
- 1/3 of a spoon of a dried cinnamon
- 1/3 of a spoon of a dried curcumin
- quite a few cloves.
Such a tea took 2-3 times a day, completely replaced steroids.
Warning!!! I am still investigating how it all affects my guts flora - work in progress ;)
I just had to share this as it completely undermines mainstream medicine and it kinda works right away :)
Cheers, and stay strong ;)
