Colloidial Silver To Be Classified As Pesticide

Has anyone heard of this?  This is from an email I just opened.  If it violates forum rules, (as it mentions a particular manufacturer), I apologize.

I'm posting this because I have the impression that the situation refers to more than this one company.

As the manufacturer of MesoSilver ® , we regret to inform you that proposed EPA petition to regulate nanosilver, including colloidal silver as a “pesticide”.  The comment period closes on January 20, 2009, which is very soon.



This threatens your right to choose to use colloidal silver, because the manufacturers of colloidal silver, such as Purest Colloids, Inc. (MesoSilver ® ), would have to prove that the product causes no harm to the environment.  This would be prohibitively expensive and would likely cause all colloidal silver manufacturers to be forced out of business.

We have various methods for you, noted below, for you to file comments and protests.  We suggested emailing, faxing, and using the EPA website (use all possible methods).



1) Go to this link at the EPA website to file your protest:

2) You can also fax or email in your protests directly to the EPA Administrator, Mr. Stephen Johnson:

Just went to the public submissions page is here via regulations.gov. Looks to me as if there has only been one submission from the public so far which is flaky at best.

Great, and just when the new silver solution or nanosilver was working for me, and that is personally based on my own experience with this fine product thus far, we have this crap played upon us by the PTB! And this nonsense is in my opinion a ploy to get rid of one of the most effective things that can help people prevent themselves from becoming terminally ill from all the PTB's progressively ongoing and experimentally manufactured soon to be flu epidemics. Sheesh, no break on this damn karmic school of a BBM!
