Try it, sometime,
What is it that your suggesting to try? Connecting food cravings to a chakra? Sounds like an exercise in subjectivity to me.

it has been a suprising elevation of the energetic sort, a bigger smile, less effort to walk, even if I am imagining it, the results are there, so, who's to blame the one who pretends to be something long enough and he becomes the very same thing he was pretending to be
Sooner or later wishful thinking and subjectivity will have an impact, and it usually isn't pretty when it builds to the point that it collapses in on itself. Better to utilize what we can know and use to help our bodies function in a healthy way rather than imagine it so. Pretending, as a long term strategy doesn't work so well. Pretending served us well in helping to learn and imitate as children, but as adults when you have responsibilities, it is a disservice to yourself and others if they are involved.
