Without much context it’s difficult to see the picture shared at any depth. For instance red looks like tomatoes, but they are nightshades and can cause complications to a lot of people, or oranges... sure there’s the general conception that they are the same as Vit C, but at the same time, they are loaded with fructose which might remove all the benefits from whatever vitamin C there might be.
As far as diet is concerned, it truly is a very individual exercise for everyone to see what works and what doesn’t and incorporate the adequate changes.
