Complex subject and comprehensive resume ?

Hi all,

I started from absolutely zero in the Diet domain and now I found what is posted here very interesting. However, I find bits and pieces here and there but is there a comprehensive resume of what the human being daily diet should be ? Or why this food and this food is bad and this one and this one is good (I'm over simplifying here, I know its more complex than that).

Like I've found threads saying these veggies are good or no red meat, dairy, etc. Just want to find the why of everything.

Cheers,

I know what you mean -- the material here can be overwhelming. You might start with the "recommended reading" list, which contans a number of excellent diet & health books to read. (I am using my phone and can't easily look up the link, but do a forum-wide search for it).

I think you will find there is no one answer. We are each different and need to discover what works for us.

If I remember right than the Detox Diet is the first thing you should do.

everyone is different and can handle some foods better than others.
but there are a few things that are bad for almost everyone one example is gluten.

maybe someone who's more experienced than I am can help you in this matter ?

Yup it is indeed good reading to start and there is no definite answer.

Thank you guys, I might post a resume one day, when I'm more familiar with the subject !
