Couple cell phone images. (two pictures)

Took this this morning. I thought I'd snapped a second picture.. The object seemed very high in the sky. The clouds were moving northerly Right to left. It appeared to be way above the clouds and the tail quickly dissipated is if the angle, from my perspective, was as if it were something crossing really far in the upper atmosphere.

Paint cut, paste sort of zoom.

Do you think it could have been an aeroplane? It's difficult to tell from the one photo, but that sure looks like a contrail from here.

was it moving or static?

It was close to stationary. It moved down toward the horizon slightly but the tail got short fast. I can't say it was a block of ice touching off the outer atmosphere but that's what I thought it looked like from the way the tail went. I took another picture of it, but when I pulled it from the camera there was just the one picture. I won't deny it could have been a plane, but sea-tac is to the North.. I dunno, it could have been some odd air traffic.

3-4 seconds after the image (about the time of the second picture, which never got taken) the tail was about a 1/3 the length of the current picture but the object wasn't much further down toward the horizon.

Sounds/looks(imo) like something came downwards through the atmosphere, in line with Your vantagepoint either towards or away from You...

Not much of an explanation I know :D :-[
