The Living Force
I had heard lightly about this before but I did not know that it was way more interesting and active than I thought.
So from Wikipedia :
I think it is really creative, it is DYI, it a has a bit of punk attitude and street art in it.
It has more to it than the "fun" side and I believe it could help rebuild the whole forgotten crafts and networking we will need in the future.
It's craft + activism.
I just post a few links because there is a lot lot more to check out and discover if you're interested in it :

_http://www.knittaplease.com (Kitting and street art)
_http://radicalcrossstitch.com/(Australia cross stitch activist / reclaiming areas for people to live there)
