A source that i read says current worldly technologies are linked to Atlantean technologies. Though possible, this seems a bit fantastical. I'd be happy if Cassiopaeans would explain that.

There might be others, but the biggest takeaway in comparing current world technologies to Atlantean technologies is not so much the technology per se, but rather the attachment to raw self-serving power and greed that Western civilization has in common with the Atlantean civilization. The Atlantean's lust for larger and more powerful crystals was ultimately its undoing as that energy imploded on itself and the very people it meant to "serve". Similarly, one can say that the rampant lust for money and the "power" that it holds in the West (and in the US in particular) is what's causing America to foment wars and economic chaos around the world; this too will eventually and likely have some kind of boomerang effect - much to the detriment of many. Definitely read the Wave series if you haven't already.
