D. Trump and E. Musk feud (former allies, now enemies ?)

Musk doesn't sound like he's "backing away from American politics."

In fact, he's threatening to upend it, by throwing big money into the mid-terms:

I don't think Musk (and Thomas Massie and other libertarian-adjacent types) are reading the room correctly here and they won't garner much support. "Balancing the budget" and "reducing debt" is a libertarian/oldschool conservative talking point, but nobody cares really. People perceive all of this as funny-money anyway - like what difference does it make if we reduce debt? Or even balance the budget? What do I care if we have 3.5 quadrillion debt or 3.1 quad-drupliion? The way it looks to folks, either the system will break down no matter what because it's been out of all proportion for decades now, or it doesn't, but reducing debt service somewhat won't change anything. People would rather see the wall built and the borders closed etc. even if it means handing out billions to cronies alongside than not doing it for the sake of "fiscal responsibility". Trump clearly understands that.

Quite a few people in the comments on this have said that it will never work and why. It will only split the GOP and Democrats will always win. There is this explanation:

I also agree with the sentiment above, but rather than take over I would aim to take it back in small determined steps i.e. develop further this, what seems to be, organic convergence of Musk and Massie into a partnership. Trump wants to primary Massie than throw your support behind Massie in that election and coupled with the grasroots support that Massie would most likely acquire. Musk would be upholding the sincere nature of his split with Trump (at least one aspect of it) and his proclaimed value.

I say the above (which admittedly might be naive) with some hope that by doing similar decisive stands and protecting the saner voices of the Republican party that will also reduce the Zionist/ Neocon influence (or at least tryt and battle it) as the Massie types seem to have refused that influence.

Trump on his own but also the classic Liberal elements of the government (Tulsi G and RFK Jr) are already a major vectoring of the Conservative movement in a better direction. So, even though things seem to be deteriorating alarmingly with Trump (easy to be manipulated and a ridiculuos ego that is child's play to prey on) the better course of action may be to try and rescue him, current (s)elected leadership and country by defyingly standing with the better parts of the Conservatives and directly negotiating with Trump.
