I have to agree. I almost thought his outfit was funnier than most of his jokes. Different strokes for different folks eh? ;)

I don't think there's anything wrong with your sense of humor... I watched half of the Darth Vader one and I stopped. Then I watched a YouTube clip of him on the French language. That one was actually worse. I've seen other Izzard clips before, and those didn't make me laugh either. So, you can add me to the list of people that don't find him funny at all. Although to be fair, I generally don't find stand up comedians to be funny. Or, if there is one funny part, it doesn't make up for the other 58 minutes.
Hmmm... I thought it was mildly amusing skitwise and lego/visual-wise, but I didn't even chuckle out loud so it was a no-goer for me. It probably would have been funnier to me without the legos because the idea of the "Lord of the Death Star" being put in his place by a mechanical fast food jockey IS amusing - just not hilarious.
ADDED: I've now seen the guy onstage. Why is he dressed in such a confused way?

It can certainly be described as confusing, I suppose - I don't really know much about transvestites - meaning the cause, etc.
He explains it in several of his routines as how he's liked/wanted to dress since he was a kid.

Sometimes I find his makeup to be 'okay' (as in tolerable - not being a big makeup fan in general) and sometimes it's just horrible. I think it would be anything but Fascist tendencies, though... in his latest bit he's in full drag - that's a whole different world than the S&M type folks.

LOL Normally, I wouldn't find this Lego in action stuff funny, but for some reason this hit my funny bone. Poor frustrated Darth Vader. I mean, if you acted like the canteen guy when faced with a Darth Vader type or psychopath, what would happen?
