Well, I don't want to "complain", considering how much the Signs team and everyone here works to serve others. I just wanted to bring something to the attention of the folks in tech support to check and see if anyone else may have experienced this also.
I received the EE Breathing/Meditation audio/DVD set in the mail on Monday. It wasn't until last night (Tuesday, Sep. 15) that I got my first opportunity to watch, listen and participate along with the program. Well, here's the problem: On the 3rd disc, the Meditation CD, at exactly 14:32 into the CD, listening and relaxing to this beautiful music, the sound abruptly stops and goes blank for the remainder of the time played. The CD continues to play, because the bar and the time counter at the bottom of the Windows Media Player continue to move and count, respectively, yet there is no sound; it just cuts off. I reset and dragged the slider bar to within a half a minute or so of the abrupt stop to see if it was a "one time anomaly", and it did the same. I tried 5 times in succession with the same result.
Has anyone else reported any anomalies like this since receiving their copies? Is it possible to return the set and exchange it for a different one? If so, how would I do so? I'm not familiar with the postal system in France and I did not save the package it was shipped in for the return address. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
